Game-play changes:
1.Yuri Chaos drone default primary becomes a ranged (7.75) attack, this new chaos weapon is capable of affecting a small group of cluched infantries for a short period of time or a single vehicle for doubled duration. The deploy weapon still remains the same, deploy weapon's effect lasts much longer than the ranged weapon. 
2.Soviet Giant squids will not decloak when attacking submerged targets (Squid/Dolphin/Typhoon/Boomer), against conventional Surface vessels they still decloak and reveal themselves. 
3.Allied Seals' primary weapon effectiveness against [Flak] infantry armor type increased by 20%, Fixed a bug where they use C4 weapon against Terror Drones in water instead of primary.
4.SniperIFV/VirusIFV weapons no longer can fire on the move.
5.Allied Prism tank can now rotate its turret and anim at target on the move, Still Prism tank can only fire once it stops moving. 
6.Allied Destroyer primary weapon effectiveness against all vehicle armor types increased by 15~20%, Secondary weapon ASW launcher range decreased from infinite to 9.75.
7.Yuri Prime's deploy ability can now affect and deal moderate damage to all building types, deploy ability effectiveness against all vehicle armor types decreased by 15%.
8.Allied Dolph price increased from 500 to 600, Redesign the primary weapon entirely, changed from AoE damage to single target damage, damage output increased, it no longer uses IsSonic logic nor AmbientDamage. And just like the changes to Squid----now Dolphin does not decloak when attacking submerged targets, against conventional Surface vessels they need to decloak.
9.Soviet Sea Scorpion's anti-surface weapon DPS increased by 10%, switched Arcing projectile to homing, same applies to FlakTrack's weapon.
10.Allied Aircraft Carrier Hornet's weapon effectiveness against all heros decreased by 40%.
11.Gatling Cannon/Tank's weapon effectiveness against all jumpjet infantries (Rocketeer/Yuri Lunar Infantry/Soviet Lunar Infantry) decreased from 100% to 80%.
12.Allied GGI's weapon effectiveness against against all jumpjet infantries (Rocketeer/Yuri Lunar Infantry/Soviet Lunar Infantry) increased from 40% to 80%.
13.Soviet Flak Track/Cannon/Trooper/Sea Scorpion's weapon effectiveness against against all jumpjet infantries (Rocketeer/Yuri Lunar Infantry/Soviet Lunar Infantry) decreased from 120% to 100%, warhead AoE spread increased from 0.5 to 0.6.
14.Allied Harrier/Black Eagle turn rate decreased from 6 to 4
15.Yuri Psychic Tower now has a pre-fire animation delay just like Tesla Coil/Prism Tower.

1.Fixed Allied AI not able to trigger various transport-amphibious attacks.

1.Fixed Soviet Lunar infantry's weapon dealing 25% extra damage to all jumpjet infantries.
2.Ivan bomb effectiveness against all miners (War/Chrono/Slave miner) decreased by 40%, fuse time increased from 400 to 450.
3.Yuri Brute damage against all building types decreased by 20%.
4.Added a new infantry for Yuri side----Yuri's own Psi Commando, this unit shares the same outfit with Stolen-tech Psi-Commando but has different stats and role in Yuri's arsenal. He can disguise himself and plant Ivan bombs (which are stolen from soviet before Yuri's treachery, lore says.)on enemy buildings and vehicles. Yuri army always lacked a reliable bridge destroyer, hence his presence is required. Although Yuri Psi-commando's bomb is identical to Ivan's, he is not able to plant bombs as quickly as Ivans, nor explode on death. Also unlike Stolen-tech Psi-Commando, he is slower, more fragile, susceptible to mind control, and crushable by normal vehicles. This infantry unit requires Yuri battle-lab to unlock.   
5.Yuri Bio reactor price decreased from 800 to 750,bonus power from each infantry increased from 40 to 50.
6.Allied Mirage tank's weapon damage and AoE splash no longer ignores friendly units(need to be careful with positioning now), speed decreased from 7 to 6.
7.Yuri Psychic tower can no longer detect disguised infantry.
8.Allied Tanya can now detect underwater units with sensor range of 7.
9.Terrorist and Ivan now shares the same IFV suicide weapon.
10.Boris and Tanya now have their own unique IFV modes, each of their IFV weapon matches their primary weapon respectively with same attribute and upgraded stats. (Global IFV weapon bonus rule: +20%damage+20%Firing speed)
11.All engineers' bomb detection range increased from 4 to 7.
12.Terrorist weapon effectiveness against all Heros decreased by 20%.
13.Soviet Apocolypse tank speed decreased from 5 to 4, cannon range increased from 5.75 tp 6.75, both cannon and missile changed from burst dual-firing(multiple shots every 90 frames)to a smoother interval of consecutive firing(1 shot every 45 frames), DPS remains the same, less burst damage on the first round of encounter. Modified its firing animation and projectile's visual effect. Removed AA missile splash entirely. 
14.Allied Battle Fortress' weapon warhead switched from [HARVWH] to [SA], results in slightly better vehicle and building damage.
15.SlaveMiner/WarMiner weapon effectiveness against [medium] and [heavy] vehicle armor types decreased from 25% to 20%. 
16.Allied prism Tower no longer gain bonus range from higher elevation (Since Tesla Coil and Psychic Tower doesn't recieve range bonus from high ground, so this change is to keep the consistency).
17.Removed all amphibious transports' hover behavior.
18.Allied Prism tank change from last patch reverted.
19.Slaves now die instantly after their Ore refinery/SlaveMiner's destruction. 
20.Allied Tank Destroyer weapon can now penetrate tank bunker and destroy the occupying vehicle within.

20.All T2 access buildings(AirforceCommandHQ/RadarTower/PsychicSensor) price increased from 1000 to 1500, power consumption increased by 25.
21.Added clone versions of hover transport for all 3 sides, cloned amphibous transport can be built from warfactory at T1 tech. They have the same appearance and stats with their naval counterparts, the only difference is that the warfactory version transports take 25% longer to build. Also to distinguish the two, transports from navalyards do not have hover behavior while the warfactory versions do.

14.All Refinaries' price increased by 20%(now $3000 for Allied/Soviet and $2400 for Yuri) while their build time remains unchanged.
15.Yuri Boomer sub's torpedo damage increased from 50 to 60, Price increased from 1350 to 1400, HP increased from 800 to 900, Cruise Missile range increased by 2 (matching with Dreadnought and AircraftCarrier's range), Prerequisite changed from T2 Psychic Sensor to T3 Battle Lab, and it is susceptible to Soviet Squid's grabbing attack .
16.Current Soviet Giant Squid now belongs to Yuri's as his basic naval unit. This Squid is cloaked but no longer a underwater unit. It leaves water trails in behind when traversing through water, exposing its movement paths. Also Yuri Squid's punching weapon is capable of removing Soviet Squid from infected ships and submarines. Also it is significantly faster than Soivet's Squid while having a bit lower HP. In addition Yuri Squids do produce ambient sound while idle, Soviet ones do not.
17.Soviet now has its good old Ship-Grabbing Giant Squid back as its T3 naval unit. It behaves pretty much like the vanilla Yuri. Dolphins and Yuri Squids are the only two unit which can stop Soviet Squid during an tentacle-attack.
18.Improved Jumpjets unit and jumpjet Infantries' targeting behavior, less circling around when attack order is issued.
19.Remove all damage dealt from debris.

1.Fixed Allied AI trains Spy ahead of any other infantries at early game.
2.Fixed various superweapons' targetting cursor range to match their actual range of effects.
3.Re-enabled the power plants'(TeslaReactor/AlliedPowerPlant) unique explosion animations from Original Ra2.

Infantry's mutation animation speed halved.
9.Yuri Phychic Domination's damage PercentAtMax reduced from 0.25 to 0.1. Phychic Domination can now control miners, it is also capable of dealing damage to not only buildings but anything that can't be dominated(Including robot tanks/Drones/Heros/Masterminds/Yuri/DeployedSlaveminers and etc).

3.Soviet Boris no longer summon 2 extra MiGs when elite, At elite his MiGs now have 1.5x firepower, 1.25x speed and 1.25x HP instead (To match up with global Elite bonus). Same concept also applies to British Sniper. 
4.Target marked by any type of airstrike flare is no longer fully tainted red.
5.Allied Patriot Missile can now target and engage ground units (Range=7.75), added laser targetting for visual effect, cost increased from 800 to 850.
